What the actual f@#k! After my previous complaint I get a msg that I have received a free data package and that the Vlive subsciptions have been cancelled (which I NEVER SUBSCRIBED TO!!!!) but the charges are not reversed. Furthermore my current bill has R533 allocated to Vlive!! What is wrong with you people!!

Kindly note that the Vlive services have been cancelled and your account has been credited with R699.18 Ex. VAT. This was for the invoice number H5-7CQSF of R218.44 and the proposed amount of R480.74 all Ex VAT.
This amount will reflect on your next Vodacom Statement.
