<p>Good day, if I could cancel ALL my contracts, I would have done it now.</p> <p> </p> <p>According to Vodacom I have "reached my credit limit bar", whatever this might mean. This morning I found out my limit is R1000, but I am on a Red Advantage (1000+) per month, together with 7 other contracts with monthly debit orders of R2200 + ???</p> <p>This morning I received a call from Roshan Abdurahman who tried to calm me down and "escalate the matter" AGAIN. This was after I logged a complaint on Vodacom website.</p> <p> </p> <p>Spending 2 hours on the phone yesterday (yes I could only contact 111), as well as 2 hours at Vodacomshop Meyersdal (instructed by customer care to go instore), and the matter is STILL NOT RESOLVED!!!!! Deon du Plessis tried his utmost best with Vocadom Customer Care but even that did not help as they (see names below with reference numbers) promised that the problem would be resolved yesterday.</p> <p>My accounts are fully paid up but I am suspended. Vodacom takes my money, but cuts my service!!!!! This is not business guys, this is *******!
