Wrongly Listed on ITC/Experian

Good day,<br> <br> This is seriously the last straw!!! You have listed a completely fictitious outstanding amount of R2,213 on ITC/Experian, after you were in fact owing me money!!! This false listing has now cost me dearly!!<br> <br> Sort this out IMMIDIATLY! Forward proof of this being corrected, and also contact me with an apology and explanation!!!!<br> <br> This is absolutely the last straw with Vodacom!!! How many times does one have to complain about bad service from the same damn service provider!<br> <br> You guys are absolutely pathetic and have given me the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If your cancelation practices weren't so blatantly ******* I would cancel without hesitation.<br> <br> Pathetic!!!!
