Wrongfulness on selling policy to a client

I am so disappointed, 2 or 3 weeks ago, i got a call from the consultant, who sold me Vodacom Hero assist. I advised her, that i would like to take the insurance, but i want it only effective 01/09/2020. I told her, i have a contract expiring with Mr Price, mobile end of August and will use that, money to pay for the new contract which will cost me R 69.00. Boom, month of September, i have been pro-rata billed for the month of August 2020. What gives these tele sellers to do what was not agreed on with the client. You can listen to my conversation with her and feel like, cancelling this whole contract, as it is ********ly wrong to do what she did. Is treating customers fairly, not the core of Vodacom business? I must say, this is not acceptable for a person who should be complainant with FAIS act. My contact number is ***

Can you please do me a favour because, i cannot get through your call centre. I want to cancel because, you are definitely, not going to help. I told your consultant, to make it effective 01/09/2020, and now, you explained the billing, of charging me from August 2020, hell no. Phansi, with your nonsense customer service. Where is the policy document explaining those terms of billing. I am so tired of you. Please also do not ever phone me to sell something to me, cause hell will break loose.
