Wrongfully put in arrears since March 2016 to date

I have three contracts with Vodacom and I haven’t received any joy since early this year when I changed my account details because I changed from Capitec to Absa bank.

From the date I changed my account with Vodacom to date no debit order was debited on my Absa account. Vodacom has been debiting from my old account. When I called to enquire I was always told that they are changing systems and they are experiencing a technical issue and Advised to make a manual payment.

This has been happening since March and every month I receive an SMS to notify me that my account is in arrears and every time I call I’m being told that my account will be escalated and credit for the R100 arreas but every month the arrears increase and nothing is being done.

I have been calling and speaking to Tshepiso Skamane(Subscriber collections department) who is very generous and always escalates my case but still, the same issue happens every month.

My credit record is at steak.

I need help!!!!
