wrongfully listed on the credit bureau

I am having trouble with Vodacom 1st of all they wrongfully listed me on the credit bureau and set a default on my name then after I called and fixed it with them . Now struggling to get the listing removed as everything was sorted out with them October 2021 but the listing is still showing under my name . I even have paid up letters for this account .
