Wrongfully informed worst ever

Worst ever. You do an upgrade you dont get informed correctly about all the costs when the bill comes its to late. How can you expect people to upgrade then you find out that you still have to pay for the old handsets with the new ibes when neither the consultant in the store nor the one that gave you an upgrade over the phone ibformed you of it. Mtn never has issues like this as i worked for mtn if i knew this i wiuld have never upgraded and rather canceled as it is against the consumer protection act. I hope there is a solution to this seeing how it was never braught to our attention
