I was due for an upgrade in May 2017. I was contacted by Vodacom informing me about the upgrade that Im due for. I then told the agent that I was speaking to that I would like to continue receiving th airtime every month, however I do no want a new cellphone. I was then told that I will receive a free Vodacom Smart Tab Mini 7 for continuing with the existing contract. I was then contacted by another agent, this time from Afrizon Telecommunications informing that Im due for an upgrade (How do they have my contact details?) I again told the agent that I do not want a new cellphone, I just want to continue receiving the airtime every month. Afew days later I receive three cellphones, I send the two cellphones back with the courier, I contacted vodacom to question the fact that three cellphones was delivered, thats when I was informed that two contracts were taken out in my name hence the delivery of the two cellphones, I immediately requested a refund and I was told that they need conformation that the cellphones were returned before they could cancel the contracts. I continued calling vodacom, Ive been send from pillar to post trying to sort this out, the next thing my account was debited for the two cellphones, I called Vodacom Aftersales, Cancellations, Retentions, I even managed to get a number for Afrizon Telecommunications and still I did not manage to get anything sorted. A month later I still dont have confirmation that contracts were cancelled, I called vodacom Im being send from pillat to post once again and still the issue is not resolved, the debit date is due and as I was informed by Vodacom that the contracts are still active on my name and therefore my account will be debited again.

I just want the contracts cancelled and removed from my name, and a refund for the money that was wrongfully debited from my account.
