Wrongfully Billed / Passing the Bucket

This is my story: I upgraded in March 2017, was retrenched and couldn't pay. Sent all my supporting documents, got no feedback. August 2017 I started a new job, phoned accounts and made an arrangement to pay outstanding amount at that time which was R1629.39. I arranged to pay R400 every month and last payment would be the remaining R429.39. As arranged I started paying my outstanding account in September 2017 (R400); second in October 2017 (R400); third in November 2017 (R400) and yesterday 17 December 2017 (R429.39). HOWEVER in beginning of November 2017 I saw my outstanding amount was different and I queried it. On 1 October 2017 an amount of R1273.49 was just added onto my account, no explanation! On 1 November another amount of R435.70 was just added on, no explanation! Part of my upgrade package was I get 30GB data for 3 months (10GB each month), since I couldn't pay my account I assumed that would automatically fall away. The promotional deal was not updated and the data I received was charged to my account, wrongfully! So I logged my first dispute. Since my number was suspended I asked to be kept updated on a pre-paid number (which never happened), after I was transferred from one agent to the next an agent called Brandon tried to explain the situation to me and yet again I logged a dispute. Another round of talking to one agent and being transferred to another happened and yet again I had no clarity of what is happening! There was an amount of R599 credited back to me from the amount wrongfully billed, but again nobody told me anything and Vodacom keeps closing my disputes!! I have logged yet another dispute today and I know it's going to be closed again without informing me! I kept my arrangement to make payments and paying monthly, why do Vodacom decide to take a dump on my account and make matters worse?? I did not ask for any data to be given to me, it was promotional! I did not give my consent to anything added on and I had no knowledge of amounts being added on without proper communication!! I NEED ANSWERS!!
