Wrongfull billing

I phoned last month to remove a 1 gig data bundle from one of my accounts.<br> They said the system was slow, but they will remove it as soon as possible.<br> I did not call again to confirm if they had removed the bundle. <br> Please just remove the data bundle as Vodacom data prices are ridiculous compared to other networks.<br>
