WRONGFUL HAND OVER TO THE SHERIFF

I received an email from an Attorney firm named Hammond Pole Attorneys saying that they going to send a sheriff after me. I called them and they said I owe Vodacom 30k... In my shock I said I have a debit order and its impossible, I will send my bank statements and Vodacom statements as proof that it gets paid every year every month. I have been a customer to Vodacom for many years and this has never happened before!<br> I then called Vodacom and they said the attorney has the wrong information but they will open a ***** case to get the information off my name and onto the correct person responsible for the account payable!<br> I have been waiting since April 22nd for ANY FEEDBACK. <br> Only feedback I have gotten is from the attorney to say a summons has been issued and they will come summons me make arrangements for payment or down payment.<br> I am in no wrong and I my account is on a debit order!! This Hammond attorney is USELESS and DISGUTING to deal with.. I will wait for my contract to expire with Vodacom and move a different supplier as I will not deal with this level of disrespect or name slander from both VODACOM and HAMMOND POLE ATTORNEYS!!!<br> <br> I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION
