wrongful Data bundle charges and Blocking phone

Vodacom for worst service ever first for charging me for data I never used and then to top your wonderful **** blocking my phone since beginning of August not to mention ignoring all my complaints logged to date reference nr and all!!! Even your snr manager Mandla Nkosi has bothered to contact me to resolve the problem, apparently my phone will stay blocked until I pay the additional amount for the so-called data bundle I never used as I have a blackberry with a monthly BES !!!<br> <br> Still waiting since beginning August for their data department to inform me what the so-called sites are that I frequented knowing it's a huge **** as 702 did an article on the same topic after receiving numerous complaints from other cellphone users experiencing the same problem and Vodacom ignoring us all while *****ing our money for data not used yet they expect us to pay our account though I have not been able to use my phone at all the whoile of August!!!!
