WRONGFUL BLACK LISTING

<p>After a year of trying to explain to vodacom and their collection lawyers, that i have been a victim of identity theft, and sending every document they required. <br /> I find out i have been listed on ICT by them.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have spent the last 2 days calling in and being bounced from the ***** department, support, and accounts, with no one able to help me. I have called in so many times and the staff don't seem to care they just transfer you back to the auto attendant</p> <p>They are not even able to understand what their own collections lawyers are telling them.</p> <p>How will we ever get this resolved if we can never speak to a person in a management position, who is able to use their common sense, and take responsibility of a complaint or task.</p> <p><br /> I will never be a vodacom customer at this rate or recommend any one else to.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
