Wrong upgrading

Absolutely unacceptable and appallingly poor service received. Vodacom wrongfully upgraded my contract and now I am paying the price. When trying to reverse this problem, I have received terrible service and no indication of resolving their mistake with unhelpful and unfriendly staff.

A system scramble caused the wrong contract to be upgraded, now leaving me with two phones and no wifi. When we tried to resolve this we were told it can only be done by vodacom online and we must email them. After emailing and stating the problem that has to be resolved, we were told that in order to reverse the mistake, both devices needed to be returned to the factory and then only resolved. This is not possible since the devices are at different locations and already in use. When this was stated and alternative options given by us, we received a short and unhelpful reply with no indication of resolving this problem.

It has been more than a month now and still no help.

Absolutely pathetic service and I would love to cancel all contracts with them with no penalties and immediate collection of all devices in question.

On Friday, I received a call from a really helpful consultant promising to help sort this out. I was then told that I would be contacted soon but still no response.
