Wrong upgrade done and not rectified
I have a couple of contracts with Vodacom. I did an online upgrade on the one that was due for an upgrade in 2017. They did the upgrade on the wrong number. This has been rectified and the upgrade was processed. But the number they wrongly upgraded has not been rectified and no the people from vadmin (Lennon) is ignoring my mails and this has been dragging for over 6 months now without anyone doing anything. The number that was wrongly upgraded should be due for an upgrade this year, but now it shows that I can only upgrade in 2020???? I will not pay for four years for the same old phone. No one in the call center can assist me- they keep putting me through to other departments which then leads to nothing. Is there no one that can rectify this problem, as even the people in the vodashops are unable to help me
