Wrong spec device not being picked - Issue resolved - the spec was correct, just the explanation for where the second sim is inserted needed to be clarified

I had rated Vodacom on 8 July 2024 - Wrong spec device shipped not being picked up for replacement. The matter has been resolved. There was a misunderstanding that was not explained earlier that dual-sim uses a slot with a sim space and a SD memory card space where the second sim card is inserted on the SD memory card space. I am now happy with my device that I received as it meets the spec.
