Wrong Promotional

On Sunday the 13th of March 2016 i received the following promotional message after recharging: Thank you for recharging. You now have R75 bonus airtime valid until 13 Mar 2016 23:59. Dial *123*1# to check your offer balance. T&Cs apply. [URL Removed] I check the balance and immediately the balance were R64 after airtime advance has been subtracted. Strangely i made one call that lasted 1 minute and after that the R64 balance were gone. Just to test the so called promotional \R75\" - i tried to do a airtime advance of R10 as it were 'subtracted' (previous one) from promotional R75- as i thought the previous airtime advance were still applicable! Vodacom \"subtracted\" the R11 from promotional R75 just to make sure it is still applicable. Dont try to BS your clients with so called promotional airtime if it does not exist at all. Check my number, check everything I claim from time airtime top up were done on Sunday the 13th of March 2016 at 07:53"
