Wrong price giving by a trained consultant

Hi there... So after I decided to cancel my contract with vodacom the obviously tried to convince me to say. Since Monday they been trying to better deals ect but they don't call back I have to follow up. Eventually today I got hold of a kyle visagie who found a awesome deal. 2 p30lite for 524. After 6 time me asking him is he sure about himself and the price he say yes.... Anyway I took the deal. He then calls me back to say he made a mistake with the price and now is more!!!! He can't help me N his supervisor is also not very helpful. Ismail.you guys suck at customer service. I worked in retail. And I was given that price but you want me except free data. I had endless problems with vodacom since day 1as team and I feel you guys not very helpful. You don't see in reason even if the mistake was on your side. You might think that giving away free data will work but it does not always work. Please brush up on you customers s**** and your marketing team and management!!!!
