Wrong phone

I received a call from a gentleman from Vodacom last of last week, he asked if the phone was collected and i told him not it has not, he then asked for my Order number and he told me that he can not find me in the system and he said he was gonna listen to the voice recordings and get back to me, im still waiting....i called the lady from Ram and she told me she does not have drivers to my area, dont know if thats my problem and that was 3 weeks ago and she also promised to get back to me, im still waiting and my credit score is getting affected while waiting
