wrong package

Good day<br> this is my second hello peter regarding the same matter <br> I have a Vodacom contract was advise it was on a 12 months contract but to realize its 24 months<br> Was advised amount will be high than the normal price I saw on line did agree <br> To my surprise notice in June while checking my statement reflect 24months.<br> I had a query since June/14 about wrong package I did specify on the recording numerous time<br> That I want a 12months contract on top up doesn't matter if amount gets high the agent kept saying yes <br> Even the after sales guy confirmed the same thing.. to my surprise im on a 24 months contract <br> The actual package was 315 then I agreed on R415 as I wanted a TOP up.<br> July I called agents were dropping my line or advise Tebogo Ragedi his out office ever since our conversation where he did listen to the recording and does state 12months contract and advise will take it for further investigation.no case number no reference nothing.<br> Called August mind you my debit order are going off smoothly all I get is dropped calls and Tebogo out of office.
