Wrong order delivered

I have ordered a Huawei P60 that comes with a Gt4 watch but when the delivery comes i only receive the Phone and Earphones. Now i must wait for another week for the package to be collected and returned back to the warehouse and then wait again for mine to be delivered again to me. How does this happen so your dispatch procedures are compromised or is it another way or robbing your customers. Im so dissapointed
