Wrong numbers
After my husband upgraded with vodacom even though I urched him to go over to mtn he upgraded and stayed with vodacom. They promised delivery this week had to cancel en arrange everything to wait at home for this delivery it did not show up I phoned ram and they told me we did not answer our phones so they did not deliver... when i asked about the number they dialed it was not any of our numbers do not know where they got it never had this numbers one did not even excist WTH! !!! Why are we struggling with vodacom like this??!!! Now it will be here next week and I have to try and be home AGAIN!!! I phoned them spoke to 3 different people they only said..... nothing!!! REALLY BAD SERVICE
