Wrong information given when taking new contract

I recently took a 5GB data contract with Vodacom on a top up basis. Today I inquired with your customer service why i did not receive my night owl data and i was told that top up contracts do not have night owl. And yet only last week when i was doing paper work i was told by the sales agent at Vodacom shop at Boulders (Midrand) that this contract comes with night owl and also at your website is says the same thing that the agent said last week (Data price plans on a 24-month Contract and Top Up)...please see page on your site.The customer care agent says that this was discontinued a while ago and yet your website and your agent said top up data contract comes with night owl. I'm not sure what is the correct information but i was told that i will get 5GB night owl data every month on this contract and now i'm being told that it is not possible. How can something like this happen...this seems like advertising false information just to hook customers to signing long term contract and only to be told that the info they were given was actually not correct....what the hell is going on???
