Wrong information by Vodacom

Good day

May I kindly be assisted with my credit score issue. I have an account from vodacom that claims I owe them of which is untrue. I had closed my account with Vodacom after paying them. I even went as far as paying early cancelation fee because my account with vodacom was paid up in full months before the month that the contract was supposed to end or be closed.

But I. Still seeing vodacom appearing in my credit score. I even have proof in terms of documents sent to vodacom via emails from me as proof of payments if needed. I can prove my case with ease.
