wrong information

I ask for whole amount nding on my account and they said to me 79.97 and I also ask for the statement to proot that I can go and pay it what I did the next day now say send me an sms that I own 4202.94. And now they handed me that amount. And they never call to say even I owe that amout of money they just handed me over. Please help that's not fair
