WRONG HANDSETS DELIVERED ON 2 NEW CONTRACTS
Took out 3 new contracts with Online Sales, received 2 incorrect handsets. Feel like I am paying for Ferrari but received old Mini. Have spoken to so many agents, emailed so many times, just not getting any feedback. Phones is for my kids birthday present which is on 15 December, no way it will be sorted before then! Very frustrated and even more disappointed.
