WRONG FIBER INSTALLATION

I have called *** and logged calls to have someone come out and repair my fibre installation that was done 1 June 2019, the internet still does not work? SPOKE TO Megan, Niel and Robin in two weeks full of helpfulness, ending in zero helpfulness.
Promises from vodacom are futile to this point.
THE PROBLEM I have a white Huawei router and a black nokia router... The installer installed the black router incorrectly, they installed a fibre connection box that has a fibre input and a fibre output to the nokia router.
They should not have installed the nokia router, this mac is registered in another users name.
The fibre connect box should have been a fibre input and a cat5/6 output to work with my vodacom white Huawei router.
I need someone at vodacom to have this sorted out please.
