Wrong deductions on account
In October I complained about the R150 online upgrade fee that was going to be deducted from my account. As per Vodacom's website, you don't pay the R150 upgrade fee if you upgrade online. A consultant phoned me and confirmed that if won't be deducted. So end of October came and it wasn't deducted (yeay!). But, guess what? On 28 November Vodacom deducted the R150 upgrade fee after they told me it won't be deducted. I also cancelled the insurance on the phone. Nothing was deducted from my account end October or November. But again, I just received an invoice for December showing that the insurance on the phone will be deducted twice. I never had issues with Vodacom, but since October I've been struggling with Vodacom. Getting confirmation that the R150 won't be deducted and that the insurance on the phone has been cancelled but a month or two after the confirmations it is deducted and added to an invoice.
