Wrong dealers are given my information to de***** me

After having contract where I took mobile router and notebook computer, a contract of three years . I got call sometimes in mid-February where the call inform me about the unexpected delivery that is send somewhere in Cape Town .I rejected it. Only to find out at the end of April they deduct payments from my banking account as a new activation from the existing account. I called Vodacom and complained about the issue and since i had to attend the meeting the customer service took my other numbers and promised to call after 12:00 on the 26th April 2024. They never call. On 31/05/2024 I went to Vodacom branch to report the matter( They showed me the dealer who was given my information by Vodacom contractors ws LIKE MINDS (ONLINE)(VODDIR)-VDLKO, and together with them we call customer service where again they asked my information, email, and other alternative numbers and promise to come back after investigation and they never come back to me.
