Wrong Data Bundles Transfer

I bought 2gig data bundles worth R249.The sales lady who was helping me made mistake of swapping the last four numbers of my cellphone numbers instead of 3235 she captured 3532 then my data went to a wrong person.I went there several times without any help up until i decided to go to another vodashop where the store manager advice me to write to you because he thinks i should be compensated since it company's fault.The manager where I bought data he said it is my word against the lady because she said she asked me to confirm then i said how can i confirm something that is wrong i know my number by heart please help
