Wrong Data Allocation
I app**** for Vodacom home internet plan of 400GB (200GB anytime + 200GB night owl) on the Vodacom online shopping site at the price of R399 pm ×24 months. My SIM card was delivered and when it was activated I saw that I'm on a 200GB(100GB anytime + 100GB night owl) price plan paying the same amount of money that I was going to pay for 400GB of data please help me as I did not sign up for what I received

As per discussion this morning the billing / contract is correct.
The contract has been activated on 11 December 2024 therefore prorata data had been allocated for December. Kindly note bundles (data / minutes) are loaded on the 1st of the month. Regards Vodacom Consumer Website Team
