Wrong contract period
I have been struggling for 3 months to have my contract term to be corrected to 2 years as Elite Mobile who upgraded me put my contract period as 3 years, which I never agreed to. I have made many calls and they have agreed to collect my old device and give me a new device with the correct term, but this has not happened. I try and speak to a manager but they all promise one will call me back but they never do. The Elite Mobile ref is ***
