Wrong contract cost
I changed my contract online. Wanted to collect the new device from a shop that had the device in stock, but the site did not allow me to choose that option. (which will be cheaper for Vodacom?!). So I asked for my new phone to be delivered. All went well, got an email response with ref no and new contract price of R499.00pm. THEN, a bit later I got a sms stating that my new contract subscription is R668.98 pm! This is NOT acceptable!!
