I opened a Vodacom data contract - really good deal in my mind - @ R299 pm topup contract for 10GB anytime data. In the middle of the month, I received a notification that I had a bill of R1500, and that I was on a R499 pm OPEN contract with 10GB night owl data.

This is NOT what I signed for. I went to the store where I took out the contract - they could not even give me the original contract that I signed for. They promised to get back to me but never did. I have called customer service to launch a query.

So for now, I am without internet, with an apparantly huge bill which I cannot pay for, no apoligies from Vodacom and no visible attempt to rectify the problem.

Best regards,
Thanks for the automated reply.
A consultant did contact me per sms, claiming that she emailed me (with no actual email to be found). I called customer service (again), and still nobody could help me with any feedback on my month-old query.
I had to phone the store myself (again, after driving there twice). The manager was unable to help.
Meanwhile I have no internet, even after paying you about R2000 in faulty bills for the last two months.
This is totally unacceptable.

A really fed-up customer
