Earlier this year (May 2016) I have noticed that unexplained amounts were deducted from my account (debit order) and I then went to my nearest Vodacom retail shop which is in Still-bay.

The shop assistant then picked up on their system that an ******* content service was running and have been active since March 2015!

She immediately deactivated the service and she suggested that I contact WASPA, and gave them all the detail of this ******* activity. I also requested a refund of all funds deducted from time of activation (March 2015).

After their investigation into this matter, they could not detect any ******* service running and according to them the case was resolved.

It is a very confusing situation, as to this day I cannot get any answer or funds from Vodacom and still there are unknown funds being deducted, which is unacceptable!

How is it possible that Vodacom can detect an *******ity on their system but cannot assist me in refunding and resolving the matter.

I have contacted their service line and numerous call centres and their response that it was extra data used. Yes it is extra data because there is an ******* service of some sort running!!

I cannot accept this as I have paid a huge amount for something I have no control over!
