Wrong Amount Taken from my account AGAIN
On 10th January 2019 I received an email from Ashwin Abdurahman from Vodacom customercare saying that "A credit of R538.00 ex vat has been processed today and the credit will reflect on your Vodacom account within 24 hours." The reference number for your query is EC-1RSD-2UCUMI.
The amount I am suppose to pay per month is R686.40. In December R1006.50 was deducted from my account. After numerous phone calls, me going to the Vodacom head office TWICE to sort this out, an amount of R585.00 was deducted this morning.
I want this sorted as soon as possible and I want this money back into my FNB account now.

That is not acceptable.
You took the wrong amount form my account this month. I want it money that is owed to me back into my FNB personal account, and not reflected on my new statement. I have been struggling to get this sorted since the end of November. I was told "A credit of R538.00 ex vat has been processed today and the credit will reflect on your Vodacom account within 24 hours." WITHIN 24 HOURS. Yet you took off more of my bank account than what you should.
I want my money back please.

Yet I have to wait forever to get the money back that was deducted from my account.
