Wrong - Again!

guess what - Vodacom messed up. They still don't have it right. Signed agreements mean nothing and now they have soft locked my phone even though they should have debited on the 20th. Now I have to reconcile the account - again!<br> Despite having a signed agreement.<br> Nothing has changed and I now get an sms telling me that I have to pay R198.12 - which I offered to pay yesterday when I had the conversation with Mr Lithole. The soft lock on my phone was briefly unlocked yesterday after complaining - it told me that I still had data, sms and airtime available, the website says one thing, the phone on My Vodacom said another and they just do what they like. I had a signed agreement - signed with Mr Lithole!!!
