Wron amount deducted from bank account and tablet in for repairs iso of replacement

<p>I was quoted two amounts by Vodacom when I upgraded my contract, one amount for a tablet and one for a phone, together R458 would be deducted from my account. I also have a rooter with Vodacom which is T187.49 per month. Together an amount of 655.49 which was deducted from my accont on 31 March 2017, perfect. This month an amount of R1255 was deducted. I have sent an enquiry but to no avail. My debit order is supposed to go off on the 25th but is always a day or ten late. Then also the tablet that is part of this contract, Vodaphone tablet, did not even last one month and is in for repairs. I received numerous e-mails saying it is in for repiars, then it was sent to Menlyn, then it is in for repairs, then it was sent to Menlyn. When I enquired from Menlyn where I submitted the tablet for repairs, they said it was sent back as they received it but it was still not working. This scares me as I think it should then rather be replaced with a new one. Please assist.</p>
