Wring phone collection

Last week Thursday a guy by the name of Lennox called me and he was very rude, he told me that they not gonna come collect the phone becouse the 14 days policy has passed, i told him that is not my fault, when i started calling vodacom the policy was still active, he can go listen to my calls as they always say all the calls are recorded, he then took my k-number and he said he was gonna find out from collections if they can collect the phone, so no, my issue is still not solved im still waiting for Vodacom
