Wow-Well done Vodacom

When I needed to transfer an existing contract into my name and also do an upgrade I fully expected it to be a struggle and for me to have to make at least 2 or 3 trips into Vodacom over the next week. I was pleasantly surprised by the awesome customer care and efficiency shown by Ugen Govender from Midlands Mall Vodashop. The whole process took a shockingly short amount of time, I walked in and walked out a short time later with everything done that I needed to. I can honestly say that it is the first time I have ever walked out of a cellular shop with a smile on my face.<br> <br> So thank you very much Ugen Govender for your excellent service.
