Wow!!! Well done Nqobile great customer service
This morning my wife called in to make a follow up on her account. Nqobile told her that they were offline and advise my wife to call after two hours. After two minutes she called my wife back and told her that the systems were back online. This was a wow to us. For the fact that she called us back. Well done Vodacom and Nqobile this is what we call outstanding customer service. How many times you call other companies and they just dont care and tell you that they are offline and you must call back.<br> <br> Well done team.<br> <br> <br> Nqobile you are the best
