I'm sending a compliment to Vodacom Fiber team (Khuthala) who took my call this morning and assisted me with my physically broken fibre line. She ensured that the ticket was logged with Vumatel while I waited on the line. And she made it urgent. This has resulted in my line getting fixed quite speedily - by awesome friendly guys from Vumatel. Thank you guys.
