WOW SERVICE FROM HENRICO

My cell was due for an upgrade, however I dreaded going in as it always is some sales story, confusing with options or trying to upsell me to a higher more expensive contract. I saw the Vodashop in Hypermarket in Brackenfell and went in. Henrico came to meet me and offered to assist me. Henrico also made the effort of apologizing for having to use someone else's very untidy desk, however this did not even matter as even thought the shop in general looked chaotic, he kept me in conversation all the time, explaining the benefits of my new phone, advising how to copy over photos from the one to the other and moving my contacts for me. From the moment he asked for my cell number he gave me really great advise. He advised on the best package for my usage, gave me the pro's and cons for different cell upgrades as well as the cost difference and never once seemed to be trying to sell me something more expensive or change my mind. whilst I was sitting there, watching other staff in store, I have to say he seemed to one most interested in exceptional client service. I will definitely refer any client to him, this was truly the first exceptional service in 14 years!
