Wow at the way we were treated

My mom's phone decided to play up and not allow her to answer any calls, off we went to Vodaworld. We got there and it was FULL which was expected for a Saturday afternoon. We got our number and we were told that there were 17 people ahead of us. We went phone browsing to see the new devices out there and ventured back to the centre. As we sat down we were given a coke to drink while we waited, good one on a hot day. Then it was our turn to be assisted. Firstly the gentleman who helped us was friendly and polite, the first thing he did was offer us something to drink. He set the phone up to do a hard reboot and off he went. He came back with a nice coffee for my mom. Throughout the time with him he was friendly and polite and made my moms day by telling her how well she had looked after her phone. We were in and out in an hour even though it was busy, he sorted out the issue and it was a pleasant experience! Thank you Vodacom for doing something right!
