Wouldn't release my numbers

I am very unhappy with Vodacom !!!!<br> <br> I have been trying to port over to another network the past week but Vodacom refuses to let go of my numbers. I have paid all amounts owed to Vodacom and I have also followed the correct procedure to cancel the contracts. The contracts have been cancelled now and with Vodacom being spiteful we had to re-rica our numbers, but Vodacom wouldn't release the numbers. I have been trying to call to complain but was on hold for over 30min, so this seems like my only option to reach out and complain. Perhaps this poor service is because you are so *********** and don't care about your consumers. I will report you to ICASA should you not get back to me ASAP and release these numbers immediately. <br> <br> The choice is in your hands now. 16 Hours is up. <br> <br>
