WOULD NOT RECOMMEND VODACOM

Extremely poor service received from Vodacom, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. The staff are extremely unhelpfull and rude. We have been struggling to get our wifi sorted for weeks now each time they say it's because we do not want to upgrade to a bigger package but when we did upgrade to a bigger package the wifi only worked for a month and there after we had he same issues AGAIN!! and above all they keep adding additional amounts to the phone contract we have with them when we started with a R600 pm fee and now we are standing at R900 pm which was not discussed with us in the first place and we did not sign for anything agreeing to additional features being added to the bill.
