would not advise anyone to use Vodacom

Worst service ever, bought a WhatsApp ticket on the 02/01/2020 for the month at R35 for a gig and they just took my data without any notice after a week...... When I called the call centre the agent couldn't even locate this transaction after I gave her my number and the SMS to prove that I bought this ticket and this after a week of trying to get through to an agent as they redirect you to a chat service all the time called Tobi....... Its not alot of money but still this is not on.
