Worthless response

I recently made a complaint about a very serious matter, i received a lot of communication from Vodacom, on emails i can not reply to? how are you suppose to liaise with a brand as big as Vodacom if the cant make calls probably because their tariffs are the highest in the country but on top of it the cant receive emails either due to being overloaded or insufficient server storage.

I have even left alternative contact info with Theo this has not been used? how are you suppose to fix a ERROR made by Vodacom when they refuse to be helpful. I get from a business perspective the longer an issue remains the more money you can ***** from the public. but this is no longer an issue I am finding humorous after being with Vodacom for 12 years so sad to see how this once wonderful brand has deteriorated to nothing.
