Worthless guarantee on new phone

When getting an upgrade I was fooled into getting an LGK41s cell phone at vodacom cresta. Soon afterward the phone went faulty and I returned it for repairs. Its been more than a month now and the phone is still gone. I would advise consumers that when getting your upgrade, stay clear of korean phones (lg and samsung) as the guarantee are wothless. You will end up paying for a non existant phone.
