Worst worst service

Been waiting for their call even now, vodacom is so useless, I’m actually on the call now with a gal named Tshearelo, soo useless she can’t access my account with the information that I have been using the past 2 weeks iv been calling, my contract it’s still not closed. I have receive the artym Nd data of which I’m nt gonna pay for these month as the contract was supposed to be closed 2 weeks ago, every time I call they escalating it to the back office, that’s what I have been hearing for the past 2 weeks. Vodacom is worse than any other network, worst thing is these stupid gal left me on the line and the music just plays in the back round
